They did re-wash the car, however the dirt still remains in the same areas. I think one of the problems is that they do not pressure wash the vehicle before it enters the tunnel. They only use a low pressure spray that is a pre-soak. Evidently, it does not do the job.
What a difference! All new equipment provides a great wash! Staff is always friendly and efficient even when it’s busy. Great place!
I'm always very happy with the level of service at Kwik Car Wash. The process is even easier now with the electronic kiosks for payment/choices. One time, the system went right as I was traveling down the wash bay. They sent me through again with the highest possible cleaning package as a way of saying sorry. The monthly unlimited pass is perfect for me.
Looks like it is back to hand washing it myself. Then I know it will be clean.

New equipment, but did not do a good job cleaning car. Lifgate, sunroof, door edges & license area were still dirty. Tried to call Parma location but the call would not connect. I called the Strongsville location & talked with the manager who told me they will do a re-wash. I am hoping that the 2nd time is better than the first.
I went in for my first wash at Sgt. Clean. I bought the Platinum package. It looked pretty Professional with all the different cycles I went through. I thought it was going to be the best wash I have ever seen on my truck. As I was driving home I noticed the water spots on the window and as they dried they turned white. To my surprise when I arrived home I checked out my vehicle. There were white spots and film all over the windows and many areas of the Truck. I returned and requested a refund and showed them my vehicle. The young Man was very nice and made the refund and explained that he was short help and had no one on Quality Control which may have detected the problem. I will never return and have lived in Parma all my life. I know many people here and will not recommend them. Absolutely a Terrible wash for the money. I will return to my regular car wash at Yorktown Plaza Car Wash (Valero) which is not only cheaper but does an excellent job.
Great staff and service. Recently renovated so it's even nicer then it once was.
