So I went and looked again, I seen nothing I liked so I asked for a refund, I’m not going to pay $500 I worked hard for, for a couch that’s broken. And I’m not going to pick out something I don’t like. They refused to give me a refund. So now I’m stuck with a couch that’s broke and I’m out $500.
Kelly was great. I found everything that I was looking for. I got a great bedroom set for my daughter. I must say I am satisfied. I will even be back to get a kitchen table set... overall the experience was great really good people working at this location.

I purchased a couch from here, well, I get it delivered and the next day I noticed the couch was broken on the frame. So I called and explained everything to them, I picked out another couch. Well last night (11/2/17) at 9 at night mind you, they decided to deliver it when it was supposed to be here at 5:00. They came up, and told me oh we can’t fit he couch in here go pick another couch.
Can not stand this place. If I could give 0 stars I would honestly.
Had a great experience here. Got a great deal on a mattress for a friend. Staff was very nice and helpful. They assisted us and found a great comfortable mattress! My girlfriend was excited as this was for her new apartment!
Horrible business ethics, they won’t work with you, or refund you anything even though they SOLD YOU the broken furniture. I do not recommend coming here, you’re better off going to Big Lots for more affordable furniture.
