When in to buy a gas dryer. Salesperson showed me a new in box model that was cancelled, my lucky day. It was more than I wanted to spend, but the store manager was willing to negotiate with the price and we made a deal. Great to know that some retailers and their employees are willing to go the extra mile.
We wanted to return a vacuum my mom had bought us in the process of moving (it was a duplicate so we hadn't even opened the box). We were planning to get store credit and buy a grill. Well the manager said they couldn't return it because it was 1 day past their 60 day return policy. No where on my receipt did it mention a return date, and my mom had bought it early to surprise us with. Very disappointed with this customer (lack of) service. No wonder Amazon is putting stores out of business.
