Father scheduled for heart stint at 1:00 then it was changed to 3:00, at 4:00 asked what the delay was and staff said he is scheduled for 3:00! Then the time was changed to 5:30 at 6:00 still not in surgery. 9th floor scheduling is run like a circus, very poorly and unprofessional. Could care less about patient or family concerns. Do your self and you loved one a favor, stay away from this hospital!

My husband was treated extremely well when he had his knee replacement surgery. The at home care that he is getting is awesome. Thank you....

4 months later I accidentally cut my hand with a utility knife. Possible tendon damage. 45 minutes later I withdrew my name from Parma Emergency and went to Southwest General emergency and was Admitted immediately.

Emergency room concerns are valid. When my wife was going through chemo she couldn’t stop vomiting and dry heaving. She was close to being unconcious, yet they say they take people on a priority basis. Others were taken before her, including a man who who standing and entertaining others with his jokes.

I miss the old staff of Parma hospital. This is my third visit since UH took over and it is HORRENDOUS! I fully understand waiting especially if it's busy or an emergency comes in. However this visit it was not only dead with only one other person waiting and we are still waiting and its been 2.5 hrs. We came in for a possible UTI and have literally been waiting in the waiting room for the results "they say" for an hour and half. I will never return here again!! If I'm even dying I'm instructing the medics to take me any where else then here!!

Came with/for my fiancee. 3 am medical and psych issues. Prompt response to our needs. E r doctors nurses. Beyond. Believe. All staff. Prompt. On the spot. Waiting time to minimal to say or count in time. Will probably drop Cleveland clinic like a hot potato 8-23-17 dropped Cleveland clinic like a hot potato. Cleveland clinic not longer excepting care source insurance. Just another reason to many to text. To drop Cleveland clinic hospitals and doctors. UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS DOCTORS NURSES STAFF. etc that's the way to go. U H Parma gets a 10 ++++++++++++ from my family

I told them I want an ambulance to take her to another hospital and I was loud, persistent and boisterous. They took her finally. It is a known fact to Parma Residents—> If you need help, call an ambulance—->You will get priority!
