Ordered yesterday first time eating from this location. Was the worse I ever had from howies. I ordered well done pizza and boy was it well done tasted real bad and the cheese was brown. And my flavored crust on one pizza wasn't put on. Never again. Next time howies will be from their Westlake location.
I seriously really enjoy hungry howies and I have never experienced any issues until recently. I made an order last week didn’t go as expected which I understand because I’ve worked in this type or business and it happens. But then I ordered again later and my delivery was said to be 40 minutes which was an hour and 20 minutes. My box was smashed and my food was cold. Also I ordered sides of sauce and they didn’t come. So now I’m just curious. When I have worked in food and you mess up with a costumer usually when it’s the time to fix it you do not make it worse. Kent hungry howies has always been a fan but switching locations I’m a little off about where my money is spent.
For it to be so cheap the pizza and service is great, my pizza and flavored crust was the best
Love the food and workers are always a pleading to deal with but my last two orders have been incomplete. One order I received a diet Pepsi when ordering a regular Pepsi. And my following order....I ordered a sub and it had no cheese. Just wanted to bring this bring this up and hopefully you start paying attention to the little details. It is a real bummer when you receive the wrong order.
Ordered Works pizza. Ready on time and good pizza. Friendly staff. Great price with Web deal. Would definitely recommend.
