I have been here a vast number of times, and my experiences have been 90% great. Equal opportunity employers always score points with me, and other than having dry food on small occasions when I go there at the end of the night, food has been good. A plate with 2 items stuffs me into guilt, so those complaining about portion sizes, I am not sure where that is coming from. Not a fan of all their recipes, but their orange chicken, Angus/asparagus, Beijing and honey walnut shrimp are all great and keep me coming with some variety. Noodles are a bit heavy on the cabbage, but otherwise no complaints. Would have given 4.5 stars but the place gets 5 for their diversity and fun attitudes with new staff
The menu food look good. but they were running out of food on orders. They had us wait 25 mins for chicken and while our food sat in warming area. We think they should have did fresh food for us. because the broccoli was raw with the beef. A lot of people came in behind us and they couldn't keep up with people's orders. They need to have two cooks here not one cook. because he was doing everything by himself. This place is very slow with servicing and empty food bowls on the serving bar.
Food is good. Service is good. But it is what it is. Fast Food. I would like to know ingredients used to make sure they do not use high fructose corn syrup in there dishes. Also would like to know which are dairy free.
Not bad, nice neat menu, clean, friendly,good choices for small eaters. Food could be hotter temperature not spice, flavor was good,needs more sauce,overall good we will be back
Waited a few months for this places to settle in after opening. Ordered my food online. I sat there for 35 minutes waiting for my order to be done when it should have been done when i walked in. 15 people went through the line while I waited for my online order to be completed. Another guy in line was waiting for more noodle's to be made to complete his order and mine. All of the fresh noodle's were given to those in line after us and then they ran out again. manager gave me a 10% off my next 5 visits and a free drink when i got my order. Assuming that I watched 5 different people check my order before giving it to me i figured it was right. Got home and found I was missing one entree and had a duplicate of another. Staff was in complete chaos and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Can't even give it good stars for taste. All the food was dry and had that reheated texture to it. Hopefully it gets better as i normally like this chain.
