they were great and helpful. would recommend and very kind . I would like to amend my recommendation. I was told that once a year if your late making a payment once a year they would allow you to waive the fee. Today I went in to ask for a waiver the manager wouldnt give it to me. I had said my mom recently died and I feel like a zombie he said yeah I hear but I am not going to waive the fee. Also they recently raised their rates. Also if you want to throw out items from your storage unit you have to take the garbage back home to throw it out. If you throw out items there they will charge you for doing that. I would recommend to everyone to find a better place than the public storage unit on Brookpark Rd.
Need to fix entry way to the storage facility. Cars bottom out pulling in slowly.
