FIRST THEY DIDNT RECORD MY PICK-UP. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO REMIND THEM TO PICK ME UP. THE DRIVER NEVER GOT OUT THE CAR. HAD TO PUT MY OWN BAGS IN THE TRUCK. & IT WAS 20.00 FROM 150TH & SNOW RD TO CLEVELAND HOPKINS..IVE NEVER PAID MORE THAT 12.00.
