They really want that commission. Told me I needed a new catalytic converter and gave me an estimate for a little over a thousand... took it elsewhere and all I needed was a spark plug that cost 50 bucks. Nice try guys

I have been going here for years and it’s by far the best firestone in the parma area. I’ve tried the middleburg firestone and got 4 tires and they only put 2 new ones on so stopped going there. Took my Jeep to the Strongsville firestone where they fixed it incorrectly and ruined my engine and I had to get a new car after having them reimburse me for it so stopped going there but this firestone is awesome. They are extremely nice and my oil changes get done quickly. Even this last visit after forgetting to put windshield washer fluid in my car they put some in for me when I didn’t even ask. They truly are the best!
Scammers. I had lifetime alignment and balancing. I do a lot of the work myself. They don’t like that; because, “lifetime” is how they get you in For other work on your car. After putting performance rotors and pads on my car, I took it in for balancing of wheels. After about a week I had pulsing brakes. I had my concerns from past experiences. When I tried to loosen 1 of the lug nuts on the front tires I could not brake it with a breaker bar. Not following the pattern and overtightening of just one lug nut will warp the rotor. When I took it back, it took the Tech a full minute with an air gun to loosen it. I called all of firestone and they would not replace the rotors. Also, I can not prove it, but when I dropped my tranny pan I had never seen so much metal shavings in a car with only 40k miles. I was original owner.This is the store at Parmatown. If you need service take it to any of the other ones. I have had all good experiences at the other firestone stores.
