Dale worked on my box truck and let me tell you. Amazing job! Laura the front desk associate was so nice and accommodating. Dale and his staff kept me filled in throughout the whole process and they were very fast and reasonably priced! You won't find a better and more efficient team in the Cleveland area! Definitely a repeat customer here!!

I had my brand new car repaired here after an unfortunate minor accident. The manager, Doug, took great care to make sure I was up to date on every detail during the repair. I have every confidence that they were careful with my car. The repairs were done very professionally and the paint is a spot on perfect match. They really took care in making sure every piece was replaced and that it was done right. I would gladly take my car here for any additional work -- hopefully not for another accident repair :). They're good people, and Doug is a great guy to deal with. I can't imagine giving a higher recommendation for a repair shop. They've been there a long time as I understand, and Doug has been there for something like 30 years.
